What is the booking procedure?
Once we have send you an offer, you will find the details of the monthly rent. It consists of the following components: the bare rent, the fixed costs (Internet service, building maintenance, garbage and insurance) and the provision costs (water and electricity consumption). This amount has to be paid before the 4th of each month.
You will also find the details of the deposit, which consist of two times the bare rent and administration costs. The payment of the deposit has to be done by bank transfer before your arrival and has to be paid within 7 working days after signing the contract. You will be refunded within two months after the end date of your contract.

Is there a minimum/maximum length of stay?
The minimum rental period is 3 months and the maximum is 12 months. Should you wish to stay for a longer period of time, you are allowed to extract your contract.

What is the check-in and check-out procedure?
The check-in and check-out can only be arranged during the weekdays between 9AM and 5PM.
Check-in earlier than start of contract can be arranged upon availability of your room.
Check-out later than end of contract cannot be arranged. Instead, make sure to plan your check-out 10 to 7 days before the end of contract date for a smooth arrange of affairs.

Is it possible to have a change of room during the stay?
Yes, it is possible to change rooms during your stay. We will charge you additional administration costs for every time you change rooms.

Hosting friends/parents
It is not allowed to host friends or parents in your room or studio.

What if I’m not a student?
Not a problem! We have a few studios and apartments available for non-students.

Can I have domiciliation?
Every foreign student who will stay for 3 months or more has to register in the city hall as student. It is not the same as having your domiciliation. Domiciliation is not permitted.

What kind of stuff do I have to bring?
Aside from your personal items, you will have to bring a mattress (90 x 200 cm), duvet and pillow, bedlinen and towels, cookware and utensils.
Some students sell their mattress for a small price to the new tenant. If you are interested, please ask us for more information.

Is it possible to have delivery at the residence?
Our concierges will take care of your delivery within his/her working hours in case you are not at home. You can collect your mail at the main entrance.

Is there a cleaning service provided?
The common parts are cleaned once a week. It is your responsibility to keep everything clean in the residence. Please respect the other tenants and clean everything immediately after using it.

Is there an elevator available in the building?
Yes, all our residences have an elevator available in the building.
